Returns & Refund Policy

At Arden Collective, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to unpaid customs fees.

If your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or with discount codes.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
